We would love for you to stay with us, but we understand that you may not be able to continue for some reason. We value your decision and so created this refund policy. Please read the below instructions thoroughly if you want to apply for a refund.
Learning Plan / Professional Membership / Subscription:
As our professional membership brings you unlimited access with so many non-returnable benefits, the professional membership is not validated for any refund. However, if you are not satisfied with our professional membership program, you can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription for the professional membership by following the steps below.
Step 1: Log into your account with your credentials and open the Member Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to your personal subscriptions area (https://www.101blockchains.pro/account/my-subscriptions) by clicking on the “My Subscriptions” option.
Step 3: Go down and you will see the Cancel Subscription option.
Step 4: Click on the “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your membership.

Online Courses and Certifications:
If you are not satisfied with our online course or certification, you can initiate the refund within 7 days from the enrollment. However, you have to meet the following conditions to submit the refund request.
– You have not completed more than 10% of any of the online course content.
– You have not downloaded any of the presentations.
To submit your refund request, you need to write an email to [email protected] with the details such as Full Name, Registered Email Address, and the Reason for Refund.
Please note that all the cancellations and refunds are processed within 10 business days, once the refund request is approved.
